**Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and programmes?**

Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems. Based in the UK, we export to 85 countries worldwide, supported by a network of exclusivedistributors. Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced project/programme manager who will take responsibility for ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard and within the designated timeframe. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you willmaintain regular contact with internal and external parties, eg product design, production planners, materials suppliers, etc to identify any potential delays that would prevent the product release, or project completion, deadline being met. You will havethe opportunity to demonstrate your people management skills on a daily basis as you coordinate and motivate all parties involved to achieve the end goal.

**Key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Employing proven techniques to manage change within a project scope, schedule and costs, escalating to senior management as required.
- Monitoring commercial considerations, e.g. pricing, manufacturing, supply costs, etc, throughout the development process, making sure the business case remains valid at each stage.
- Creating and maintaining a project portfolio across the business and ensuring dialogue about priorities are facilitated and resolved.
- Ensuring the company’s quality management system is upheld, including the capture of lessons learned and a system for continuous improvement.
- Personification of Brightwell’s values and focus on safety in all activities.

**You will be able to demonstrate**:

- At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- A recognised project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2, APM or PMI.
- Proven track record of managing success projects.
- Extensive knowledge of new product development within a manufacturing environment.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to take a corporate, or 'global’, view.
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
