As the **Project Engineer** you will work as part of the engineering team, leading projects from concept to completion in the time scales provided. You will coordinate all project elements including development of budgets, plans, work schedulesand other technical activities relating to the project.
- Maintain existing project schedules
- Translating client needs and organising practical terms into required timelines to be met by the team
- Resolving any problems with the team, plans and budget to ensure that the project flows smoothly
- Lead projects from concept to completion
- Working as part of the engineering team
- Act as time project lead across a range of departments
- Attend project kick off meetings
- Identify potential problems with the project, leading the team into developing solutions and ensuring that they are implemented
- Control all aspects of the project management process
- Understand client requirements
- Lead internal briefing sessions
- Ensuring that all legal requirements are met throughout the project
- Working with third-party contractors to develop viable time scales and working practices
- Create and allocate task list
- Hold catchup meetings
- Manage and communicate schedules

To be successful in this role of **Project Engineer**we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing, translate product drawings into actionable process information and develop design ideas and plans successfully
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate good relationships
- In-depth understanding of design and visualisation software such as Microsoft Projects
- Be initiative and the ability to set and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to build morale among the teams and promote continuous improvement
- Excellent understanding of customer expectations and deliverables and the desire to produce good quality products
- Confident in liaising with associated stakeholders
- Proven ability to plan and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to present and provide updates to senior members of staff
