We have seen significant growth and are now looking for to add a Digital Client Partner to our team, at our new head office in Pynes Hill, Exeter.

The role will suit someone who is organised, timely and enjoys working with great clients. They will be responsible for managing coaching platforms which are used by a wide variety of clients, including technical troubleshooting, training new users on how to use the platform and content creation, supporting the facilitation, management and creating content for our LMS system. Coaching knowledge is not essential for this role, as we will equip you with detailed knowledge and understanding as part of your induction. In addition, we offer all our employees the opportunity to qualify as a Coach once settled in. To understand our range of clients, services, and products you will be supported/mentored throughout, to monitor the impact of coaching and mentoring for various clients and present results in a readable format.

Key Responsibilities:

- Running coaching reports from our coaching and mentoring platform to provide to our clients
- Updating documents to support the system
- Updating on admin and reporting back to internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in creating content for our LMS system, including videos, articles, soundbites (knowledge on how to create content os preferred but not essential as full training will be given)
- Updating HubSpot (CRM Software system)
- General office administration
- Have a good attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Be confident with a range of online meeting platforms, such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and WebEx
- Be organised in their approach to professional duties
- Good written and oral skills
- Have strong technical support knowledge and IT proficiency
- Be able to create, manage and then provide reports for all of solutions that show the impact they have, so proficiency with questionnaire platforms is desirable
