As a **Handy Person** at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

- To carry out all work assigned in respect to engineering principles, safety procedures, quality and efficiency of work.
- To be aware of reporting and responding procedures.
- To be responsible for retrieving and completing work orders as per policies and procedures.
- To start, stop, complete all work orders as policies and procedures.
- To report any discrepancies, unsolved problems, new observed or discovered engineering problem immediately to his superiors.

As a **Handy Person,** you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
