**Solutions Architect. £85k + Benefits Package. Fully Remote - Home Working. Permanent. T6/MN/18220.**Global organisation operating across 90+ countries is seeking to secure a Solution Architect. The Solution Architect will have broad experience of delivering on varied enterprise solutions.**
**ROLE**:

- Responsible for the Architecture, Design, Development & Enhancement of business - changing enterprise solutions utilising varied technologies - the organisation mainly utilises Microsoft technologies.
- The Solution Architect will collaborate with teams/users across the global organisation & the Development team to - Architect, Plan & Deliver industry leading solutions.
- The Solution Architect will be responsible for developing and adapting existing business solutions, as well as creating new solutions.

**Technical Skills / Experience Required**:

- Solution Architect - have broad experience of delivering on varied enterprise solutions - this experience is key? They are not looking for a specialist in a particular technology.
- Ability to design End-to-End architecture solutions - strong End-to-End solution delivery experience.
- Business Analysis & Client-facing skills - able to understand the requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management & engagement - experience of working with Business Stakeholders, Data Architects, Application Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts & Development teams.
- Comes from a technical background.
- Architecture concepts - have broad knowledge.
- Understanding of Software Design Patterns i.e., SOLID, TDD & OO principles.
- CI / CD development environment.
- Leadership - Matrix management - able to lead project teams as the Solution Architect / Technical Lead - motivate and mobilise individuals/teams.
- Third-party engagement - ideally have experience of partnering with external Consultancies & Consultants.
- Configuration management & change management experience.
- Understanding of the various Test phases & techniques - in order to develop and maintain new & existing code.
- Understanding of - Application Lifecycle Management - value of TDD & Continuous Integration.
- An understanding of any of following technologies - Azure, Azure AD, Azure SQL & Service Fabric /.NET (C#), SQL Server (or equivalent development frameworks/ languages & databases) / JavaScript Frameworks (React / Redux, Node.js or equivalent) / web development
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript & JS frameworks) / web services (REST, SOAP), SOA, CQRS, Messaging (ESB) and distributed systems.
- Good communication skills - written & oral English - good presentation skills - can communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic - takes ownership to deliver business value.
- Cultural awareness - desirable to have delivered solutions internationally.

**Desirable**:

- TOGAF or other Enterprise / Business / Solution Architecture certification.
- Working on - Enterprise / Business Architecture strategies, roadmaps, business & technology capabilities & frameworks.
- Agile experience.
- Working with offshore project teams.
