Lead Solutions Architect (PIM MDM) required for a global e-commerce brand. This is a brand new role that's been sculpted specifically to lead a team of Solution Architects, building MDM PIM ERP CRM solutions across their global digital products utilisingcutting-edge technology.

**100% REMOTE / WORK FROM HOME**

**THE ROLE**:
This is an unrivalled opportunity for an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to join a well-established business with 1000s of employees who have been around for almost 100 years - who were absolutely unaffected by the recent global pandemic. All employeesenjoy remote working.

Already in place is a team of Solution Architects and Engineers. Your role will be to lead that Products team as well as be the Design Authority of all MDM PIM related initiatives globally - including their ERP, CRM, Digital and Cloud products.

There is a huge technology programme underway, moving a number of legacy systems into modern cutting-edge platforms. You will own the Roadmap for the PIM landscape, provide team stewardship and leadership, and be responsible for guiding and driving the projects.

**EXPERIENCE**:
For this Lead Solutions Architect, you must have:

- Strong & citable leadership experience, including managing teams.
- Technical and broad knowledge on a variety of MDM & PIM platforms & architectures.
- Cloud data platforms experience (e.g, AWS or Azure).
- Solid knowledge of ERP, CRM & Cloud architectures.
- The gravitas to communicate at all levels.

**REMUNERATION**:
£90,000 - £130,000 package

Remuneration breakdown:

- £90-110k Basic
- £5k Car Allowance
- Up to 30% bonus
