Stonegate Group is the UK’s biggest Pub Company. Our Pub Support Teams work to ensure that our pubs are open safely and trading well and our Licensing Team are pivotal in helping to deliver this.

As our Licensing Team expands, we are looking for a Licensing Manager to join us and help lead a successful team of Licensing Coordinators whilst coaching and supporting our Operations Team.

We are looking for somebody who has extensive administrative experience, can lead and manage a team remotely and has a positive and enthusiastic approach to work. If you have experience in Licensing either with another Pub Company, or a local council wewould love to hear from you.

The successful applicant will be required to work out in the field two or three days a week, and also be present in our Pub Support Centre (Solihull).

Key Responsibilities of a Licensing Manager:

- Manage complaints regarding compliance with premises licence conditions or those in breach of the core licensing objectives under the Licensing Act 2003. You will advise the various operational teams to ensure the best commercial outcome which also protectsthe Groups commercial interests
- Manage a roll out program for any sites which are transitioning from one part of the business to another; ensuring a timely deliver, keeping costs to a minimum and compliance to current legislation.
- To maintain and improve relations with the business by providing training, guidance and protecting the Group at all times from adverse publicity and criminal prosecution
- Ensure all relevant licensing documentation and records are maintained
