Dutch Speaking Customer Services Executive, completely remote working, can be based anywhere in the UK.

**Responsibilities**:
*Managing all customer needs and questions; resolving simple technical issues and forwarding customers queries to the significant teams where necessary.
*Reply to any customer complaints; making sure the highest levels of support and service are given and co coordinating with the customer care supervisor to ensure a suitable solution.
About you:

- Fluent to native level in Dutch
- No experience is required, however experience in any sort of customer services based role is a benefit.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Able to take initiative
*Excellent eye for detail and good organizational skills
*Experience with Microsoft packages
