Receptionist (Part-time)

We are looking for a caring person with excellent people skills to join the small friendly team at our award winning Chiropractic Clinic in the middle of Haslemere. This is a temporary position to cover for a Team member on long term sick leave, and might be ideal for a Gap year student or someone wanting a bit of extra income over the winter months to help with bills.
You will need to be competent with IT in order to learn to use our computerised diary system.
We are specifically looking for someone to work 2.00pm - 7.30pm on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. There may also be opportunities for additional hours to cover for sickness and holiday.
This is a varied position for someone who enjoys being versatile, with duties ranging from meeting and greeting patients, dealing with telephone and in person enquiries, making bookings, taking payment, Sanitising treatment rooms between patients, laundry of patient gowns and tidying the clinic at the end of your session.
Our Clinic has a strong ethos of community involvement, ranging from raising money for our annual charity, donating to the FoodBank and generally providing a service to the area that we are really proud of. If you think that you would enjoy working with us, please do get in touch
