Plant Administrator

We have a new opportunity for a Plant Administrator to join our Team in Sheffield. We are looking for someone with administrative experience, who can communicate confidently and has great IT skills, to fill a temporary position with the potential to go Permanent in the new year.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Within the role you can expect to be providing administrative support to the Plant Team by:
- Using the COINS system to enter Plant requisitions, orders and to run reports.
- Update the Intranet with Plant data.
- Maintain Plant hire ‘Live Report’ on a weekly basis, sending to Site Managers to request updates/ amendments.
- Issue ‘Off Hire’ and ‘Transfer’ notifications of Plant hire, also reporting any plant damage or loss.
- Take and distribute minutes of supplier and internal meetings.
- Liaising with the Fleet Manager regarding depot vehicles and administration tasks.
- General clerical support to include word processing, filing, scanning and archiving.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Rail experience - desirable
- Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Great communications skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks when required
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- The ability to work well in a team responding quickly to support colleagues
- Confident, self-motivated and proactive
- Rail Industry experience - desirable but not essential
