**What will you be doing?**:
**_ Funeral Plan Quality Assessor (office based)_**

**_Central England Co-operative Funeral Plans Limited (CEC FPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central England Co-operative Limited (CEC). It is a newly formed business set up to be the specialised and regulated funeral plan distributor and provider within the CEC Group._**

**_As a Funeral Plan Quality Assessor, you will be required to carry out first line quality monitoring of regulated funeral plan administration processes, including redemptions, to ensure compliance with FCA regulation._**

**_Funeral Plan Quality Assessor (field based), Funeral Plan Admin and Redemption teams, and reporting into the Senior Manager - FPL, you’ll share best practice with your team and report back on your findings, to advise on compliance and ensuring control of process._**

Having good knowledge and understanding of compliance within financial services and an analytical approach to your work, you’ll demonstrate your attention to detail and be process driven.

Hybrid role, you’ll be required to work from the Support Centre and from home.
