Aim/Purpose of Job:
To professionally operate the divisions Reception ensuring all calls are answered promptly and efficiently directed to the correct person and greets all customers/suppliers/visitors in a cheerful, enthusiastic and professional manner. To undertake general office administration tasks as required.

Main Duties & Tasks:

- Handle Phone calls
- Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner as quickly as possible, ideally within 4 rings.
- Determine the purpose of callers and forward the call to the appropriate person or department or interact with the caller on behalf of ProAmpac Lincoln.
- Transfer calls as needed.
- Take accurate messages and deliver these to the appropriate member of staff.
- Visitor Liaison
- Welcome onsite visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Determine the nature of business and announce the visitor to the appropriate person or department.
- Keep track of key people’s movements within the building and when they are working away from the office.
- Create a good impression of ProAmpac Lincoln with visitors at all available points of contact.
- Greeting/control of visitors and contractors ensuring admittance procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Other Duties
- Ensure post is picked up at appropriate times.
- Support with customer questionnaires
- Creating customer sample packs
- Arrange couriers for urgent packages.
- Keep the reception area tidy.
- Maintain log of staff in the building and visitors signing in/out book.
- Assist with administration duties as required including been involved with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Receive goods/services into reception.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for bookings, purchase of office stationery and refreshments
- Maintenance of Employees Lockers and work wear allocation by listing, liaising with laundry contractor, procurement and HR
- To assist with all Hygiene and Quality responsibilities to ensure that company standards are met and surpassed
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and sharing information
- Work in accordance with all company environmental management requirements, taking reasonable care for the protection of the environment through your own acts/omissions and report any opportunities for improving environmental targets
- To be flexible in undertaking duties and responsibilities and may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of the position and are commensurate with its level of responsibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
