RAC are on the lookout for a **Senior Biddable Media Manager** to join the Performance Marketing team. This is an exciting for someone looking to take responsibility for the strategy, implementation, execution and reporting of large-scale paidmedia campaigns across a set of biddable channels (**ppc, paid-social and display**).

As the Senior Biddable Media Manager, you will be able to make a big impact from day one, delivering marketing campaigns with your team through high-profile channels and multi-million budgets. We’ll look to you to ensure effective execution, measurementand reporting on biddable media campaigns, and you must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others.

Working **hybrid hours** from our **Bradley Stoke** office with some requirement to travel between sites in London, Walsall and Bristol.

**Role purpose**
- Be responsible for the strategy, implementation, execution and reporting of large-scale paid media campaigns across a set of products and services, ensuring KPIs are met
- Analyse campaign results in order to provide insightful recommendations to improve efficiency to a wide audience group
- Budget monitoring and forecasting, communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ensure a structured test and learn schedule exists for each channel, regularly running multivariate experiments and building on shared learnings to inform future campaign strategy.
- Align with other teams across the Performance Marketing department, developing strong relationships and working processes
- Communicating effectively with key stakeholders on performance, strategy and updates in the industry
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key strategic partners (e.g. Google and Facebook) to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation and actively involved in testing and learning new techniques and market offerings
- Keeping up-to-date with changes to the landscape (e.g. tech, legislation) that will impact performance
- Manage mentor and inspire junior members of staff.
**Skills, Knowledge**

**Qualifications/FSA**:

- Degree educated in a marketing or business discipline or relevant experience
- Professional CIM or IDM qualification desirable
