MBA are currently recruiting for a Call Handler to join an exciting global organisation in Billericay. As a leading player in the insurance industry, our client puts their people at the heart of everything they do.

**As a Call Handler, you will be required to complete the following tasks;**
- Providing exceptional service to policy holders in need of home repair
- Liaising between policy holder and contractors to organise repairs
- Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
- Communicating with insurer clients to update on claims
- Working on large case-loads to ensure we are in line with SLA’s
**What we’re looking for from a Call Handler;**
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
- Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
- Team player with passion for helping others
- Proactive, able to work with initiative
**Call Handler Job Details;**
- Full time role 35hrs, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Permanent position
- £20,000 - £22,000 per annum plus benefits
- Training provided
- Funding for Insurance Qualifications
- Located in Billericay, hybrid working for the time being

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
