Want to make a real difference to the lives of people? For over 90 years, The Riverside Group has been providing affordable housing across the UK to people as well as care for the elderly and support for those who face homelessness.
This is a full-time permanent contract.
**The difference you’ll make**
You will act as an initial point of reference on the phone or in a reception area as required. and assist in the provision of comprehensive housing management including working with tenancy agreements. Carry out day to day office administration functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld.
**So, who are you?**
You will have experience of working in a Customer Focused environment with excellent communication skills and experience of working with vulnerable and older people. You will also have a flexible and responsive attitude and demonstrate IT Skills including a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Car required as it is essential for the role. This job entails travel between sites within the South West, including Cheltenham, Swindon and Bristol.**
