An exciting opportunity has arisen within BA Property Services team to work on a wide range of property development projects across the diverse portfolio of UK and overseas real estate. You will be partnering with some of the best suppliers in the industry, take on new challenges and have the opportunity to develop your technical, professional and management potential.

The vacancy is for a Property Projects Executive based in BAs global headquarters Waterside, reporting to the Property Development Manager.

The role will be responsible for
- Managing multiple property projects above £100k (and generally up to £2-3M) across the BA global portfolio and will act as APM on selected projects and lead the overall planning
- Development and coordination of schemes from inception to completion using third party suppliers
- Establishing effective project governance and controls and adherence to corporate procurement, quality, safety, health and environmental policies and standards
- Budgetary responsibility and you will be required to monitor and advise upon project finances and management of finance risk

In conjunction with other team members the role will lead and develop strategic Life Cycle Replacement Plan works, develop annual work plans and maintain the rolling 5-year property asset maintenance register.

Key interfaces include outsourced service partners comprising Construction Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Engineers, Property Lawyers, Building Control Inspectors, Town and Country Planing Act consultants and a myriad of specialist investigation and construction contractor expertise.
