**Welder / Fabricator**

Would you like to support the delivery of all production activities on our store development? We currently have vacancies for Welders / Fabricators at our site in Burnley Padiham.

As an Welder / Fabricator, you will support the production activities for our design product assembly business within Modern Production Operations. You will work closely as part as a team to enable high quality productivity workman ship from concept to production you will provide innovative solutions that will ensure each plan is successfully implemented.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a diverse role within a fast-paced operational environment. You will be working closely with the product and operations team and will gain invaluable skills that can be used to progress further in this area or within the wider team.

**Your main responsibilities as an Welder / Fabricator will involve**:
**Your skills and qualifications**:

- Time served fabricator
- Must be able to MIG and TIG weld to a high standard
- Must be able to **fabricate** and **work to engineering drawings**:

- Ideally be able to weld all materials types and thicknesses
- Must be able to weld from 1mm up to 12mm Stainless
- Experience of related engineering plant and machinery
- Work on own Initiative
- Reliable and Punctual
- Knowledge and understanding of Engineering/Safety/Quality/People processes
**Desirable**

City & Guilds, or Equivalent Qualification would be desired

**What we're looking for in you**:
You will be highly organised, have excellent verbal communication skills. You will be experienced working in a fast paced environment, dealing with high quality work and be able to work as part as a team.

**Location**: Burley / Padiham

**Salary**: Competitive rate of pay with over time paid at time and half also site bonas scheme.

**Hours of Work**

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 2.30pm
