Severn Wye delivers a range of sustainable energy services in the fields of affordable warmth, energy efficiency and renewable energy. Our flagship local projects are delivered on behalf of the local authorities in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and South Gloucestershire and support a range of households to improve energy efficiency and avoid fuel poverty. Many of the projects we deliver require that we meet PAS 2035 retrofit standards, so with this in mind we are offering an opportunity to train to be a Retrofit Coordinator while putting your skills to use day-by-day.

This is a training role where you will be able to learn by doing the job and studying. You will be supported by qualified Retrofit Coordinators, working on publicly funded programmes to help retrofit domestic properties. You will help to ensure all required files and data are collated and uploaded to the Trustmark Data Warehouse. You will carry out sustainable domestic energy work at a range of levels, including learning to carry out feasibility studies, ventilation reports, and provide technical advice on PAS 2035 processes and requirements.

As part of your training, you will complete the level 5 Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management course through the Retrofit Academy. This will be done during your probationary period (3-4 months). There will be the opportunity to progress to the Retrofit Coordinator role after this period.

**Salary**: £22,900.00-£26,900.00 per year
