Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the post holder will work closely with Service Leads and Digital Team to pave the way in new technology and providing advice, guidance and strategic leadership to support the digital aspirations of the Children, Young People and Families Health Services (CYPFHS) Directorate.

Bridging the gap between digital design and complex digital communication platform configuration, the post holder will implement cutting edge solutions that keep teams at the forefront of complex digital communications and support the delivery of a complex set of objectives.

The role will provide an opportunity to directly lead the delivery of a number of digital transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of children’s services. The projects will have a significant impact on our clinical and operational workforce and their steer and design is essential for the specification and delivery of digital solutions.

You will actively engage stakeholders and will need to communicate technical information with non-technical stakeholders. You will have experience engaging and communicating at all levels of the business. Projects will deliver benefits to our community clinical services and you will work with stakeholders to define new ways of working. You will have experience in leading business process mapping and change projects.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
