**It's an exciting time to join Costain, we are expanding the team of Early Careers Advisors.**
**Location**:
This is a role is a combination of office based, in Maidenhead, and some remote working, with the ability to travel to events across the country.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging with Universities, colleges, and schools to promote Early Careers programme
- You will attend career events and gain an understanding of the Early Careers market
- You will develop marketing campaigns to attract emerging talent
- You will provide support to line managers and HRBP’s with regards to progress and progression for the Early Careers Community
- You will facilitate, rotations, internal and external secondments to facilitate professional development
- You will support with the digital account and tripartite reviews
- You will work with the Early Careers Manager to determine recruitment numbers
- Help coordinate and support assessment centres
- You will drive diversity and social value recruiting initiatives
