The Marketing Officer is a newly created role which will sit within the School’s Marketing & Admissions Team. The post holder will support the School’s marketing strategy, and administration of the marketing function to support local, UK-wide and international recruitment and retention.

The Marketing Officer will be involved in a range of marketing activity including social media, print and digital media, events and PR, outlined in more detail below.

The post holder should always be up to date with emerging technologies and tools which would be a valuable part of our marketing mix.
- Deliver effective cross platform marketing and communications campaigns including: digital advertising, digital content, digital and print publications, website development and social media
- Support a programme of in-person and online events to best meet the School’s

needs for student recruitment and student retention
- Support the School’s PR function to maximise editorial opportunities. Be an

internal liaison point to gather content and ensure communications for Schoolannouncements
- Maintain best practice in the School’s marketing and communications, mindful

of legal requirements such as GDPR, and best practice
- Assist with marketing materials for Lettings and other MSJE business areas to

ensure consistency
- Day to day management of social media including monitoring and moderating

comments as well as scheduling posts and interacting with followers
- Day to day management of the School website including sourcing, writing and

uploading stories and placing/amending information as required
- Keep School notice boards up to date and tidy following a structured content

plan
- Maintain branded merchandise through regular stock taking and ordering when

stock is low

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
