About the role:
Join our Global Marketing Programs team as a Global Marketing Specialist, where you'll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for key product lines. You'll play a vital role in shaping product positioning, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable impact across the full marketing funnel.
Working closely with teams across Business Development, Product Management, Regional Sales, Field Marketing, and the Global Digital Centre, you'll turn strategic goals into actionable marketing plans that support business growth worldwide.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute global marketing campaigns that support product launches, segment strategies, and full-funnel growth, from awareness to demand generation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Business Development, Regional Marketing, and the Global Digital Centre to align plans and deliver consistent messaging worldwide.
Translate product plans (POAPs) into actionable marketing programs with clear goals, target setting, and performance metrics (Prospects, MQLs, Opportunities).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize tactics, ROI, and pipeline impact.
Drive brand awareness and thought leadership, creating content and initiatives that grow our audience, engage prospects, and strengthen Malvern Panalytical's market position.
Support digital marketing and regional activities, including events, channel partner programs, and local campaigns, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
Manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and adherence to our Code of Business Ethics.
Stay ahead of market trends and innovation, leveraging insights, competitive analysis, and emerging tools (including AI) to enhance marketing effectiveness
What You'll Bring:
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in a global or technical environment.
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional and international teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented and data-savvy, with a focus on optimizing marketing performance and pipeline growth.
