Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our
kitchen, working closely with the head chef and the team to prepare dishes that our

- Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and

- Assist the chefs with various tasks, from food preparation to plate presentation,

- Help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen by organising your workspace and
contributing to the overall teamwork atmosphere.
**Guest Experience**:
- Understand that the food we prepare is central to our guest experience and
contribute to making each meal special.
- Assist in the presentation of dishes to ensure they are not only delicious but also
visually appealing.
**Attention to Detail and Cleanliness**:
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring that every dish is
prepared in a clean and safe environment.
- Take responsibility for washing and cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and
ensuring that the kitchen is always spotless.
**Quality Control**:
- Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes meet our high
standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist in managing inventory, checking the freshness of ingredients, and
ensuring that only the best quality produce is used in our meals.
