**Administrative Assistant Wanted in Barking & Dagenham**

GSL Education London is on the lookout for a dynamic and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join one of their client schools This is a small, friendly school based in Barking and Dagenham, dedicated to helping students with Anxiety.
**Role: Administrative Assistant**
**Location: Barking & Dagenham**
**Desirable: SIMS Experience**
**Start Date: ASAP**
**Contract: Full-Time**
**Salary: £15 per hour (£90-£105 per day; based on experience)**
**Are You the One We're Looking For?**
As an **Administrative Assistant**, you'll be the backbone of one of our client schools, working closely for the Outreach Service. We need you to be a pro with Google Docs and Excel spreadsheets, as you'll be arranging tuition timetables for the outreach tutors. Your role is critical in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our exceptional students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Outreach Service.
- Assist in managing and organising office files, documents, and records.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, tuition timetables for our Outreach Tutors
- Monitor and respond to inquiries.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Execute tasks as per the requirements of Outreach Service
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Must have SIMS Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g. Microsoft Office, copiers, and fax machines).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
