An established and expanding company, require an experienced office administrator to join their team.
Working in the head office, based in Dagenham, Essex, you will utilise your organisational skills, to prioritise a busy work schedule and ensure that deadlines are met.
As office administrator - some of the key skills and responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and directing calls
- Booking in appointments and running multiple calendars.
- Tracking/organising engineers’ dairies.
To fulfil the role of office administrator you will have / be:
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Proven administration and organisational skills
- First class IT skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise your day with mínimal supervision
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, RM8 1RY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
