The Role
Tribal are currently recruiting a Technical Services Coordinator to join our Cloud Services team. With a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience the Technical Services Co-ordinator is to assist with Change Request management, support call monitoring, SLA reporting and maintenance of diaries and records management to the Cloud and Technical Services team for Cloud Services.
You core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop strong customer relationships through direct communication with customers to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction.
To create and maintain effective work instructions and external documentation for customers
Where possible to deliver proactive and preventative customer support activities.
To maintain the document, register and ensuring documents are reviewed accordingly
Preparing customer monthly reports, so good attention to details is highly desired
**What you can bring to the role**:
Applicants will have good experience planning and maintaining activities with customers, ensuring appropriate technical resources and assets are secured.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and constructively explain in a way which is easily understood by the target audience.
Ability to empathise with customers to understand motivational and success factors
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong desire to develop and improve the customer experience
