**Customer Service Advisor**

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our both our PPC Helpdesk Team and our Known locally SEO Team. The role will involve delivering next-level customer service and digital marketing services on a hugely varied portfolio of clients.

**Where do you fit in?**

We are therefore looking for someone who is a brilliant all-round communicator, passionate about Digital Marketing and looks to bring the best results and service to our clients.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Customer service experience
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Experience in introducing new services to a customer base through upselling/cross selling
- Knowledge of Google Ads Campaigns, Google Analytics or Google My Business
- HTML and CSS skills

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
