We have an exciting opportunity for a **Graduate Trainee Headhunter** to join our team.

Location: Altrincham

**Salary**: £21,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission with potential to earn £35k including bonus in your first full year, pension, healthcare and free personal training sessions

Holidays: 23 plus bank holidays, we shut down over Christmas

**Graduate Trainee Headhunter** - About Us:

**Graduate Trainee Headhunter** - The Role:
**Graduate Trainee Headhunter** - Key Responsibilities:

- Support the existing team in the delivery of recruitment projects
- Working closely with a senior level member of the team to learn all aspects of a recruitment research and headhunting role
- Telephone interviewing and, as you progress, face to face and Teams interviewing

**Graduate Trainee Headhunter** - You:

- Graduate within any discipline
- Engaging, energetic and a confident communicator both verbally and in writing
- Ideally you will have worked in an office environment gaining some work experience ideally on the telephone or similar
