Graduate/entry Level Recruiter

**Role**: Graduate/Entry Level Recruiter (Graduate Scheme)

**Location**: Altrincham - Working fully remote or hybird

**Package**: £21-24K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2)

**The Role**:

- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
- Attending networking events
- Closing new business

**The Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or 2 years sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good academics, ideally degree educated
- Financially motivated
- Competitive
- A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
- Work ethic
- Self confidence
