We are now searching for positive and pro-active Hygiene Operatives to join our fast-paced Hygiene team at our Frome site on a full-time basis.

Working hours**:Monday to Friday 6am-3pm & 1pm-10pm**

Salary**:£31,332**

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Hygiene Team Leader, the Hygienist is responsible for:

- Identifying, understanding and adapting the various washes required for each machine or line, looking ahead to proactively prepare for the correct process to ensure there are no delays
- Performing washouts on line, ensuring all operations are carried out within the company's processes and procedures
- Safely strip down, clean, change and reassemble hand filler and tube lines so that they are ready for use prior to the machine runner the next works order
- Perform wash bay duties, to include barrel washing, parts washing, deep cleans, high level cleaning, sanitisation of various items and correct item storage
- Ensure that all machines not in production state are sanitised and all orifices are capped or covered to minimise contamination
- Complete all cleaning records accurately, clearly, in full and on time
- Adhere to all COSHH coding requirements
