**What you will be doing**
You’ll be heading up a very well established and successful in-house development team, delivering on large scale, international eCommerce projects. You’ll be instrumental in understanding client needs, consulting and building real, innovative solutions. You’llbe able to bring your passion to the table, using your expertise and understanding of Magento to build something totally new, and to guide and share your experience with other developers. Your contributions are a fundamental part of the offering in this agency,so you can rest assured you’ll be valued and supported in making decisions and moving the company forward.
You’ll work with well-known and exciting brands, using the Magento Commerce platform to develop some top-quality projects. Ideally, you’ll have a passion for eCommerce, experience with Magento 2 and the ability to bring this together to create something thatmatches the exceptionalism of our client. **What you will need**:

- The desire to build and manage a strong team of Magento Developers
- experience coding in PHP (SOLID MVC and OO patterns)
- experienced with Magento 2 +
- knowledge of software engineering and software design.
- experience of working with and optimising MySQL, or Percona DB databases, and creating SQL.
- solid knowledge of PSR standards
- worked in and are comfortable in an Agile development environment
- familiar with GIT and Github
- experience using PHP to consume web services (REST, SOAP, XML RPC) and building custom integrations with 3rd party services
- have used composer, PHPUnit, XDebug, GIT, GitHub, Redis
- maintained staging LEMP environments and are familiar with continuous testing & delivery approaches
- experience of the full development life cycle from planning to coding to delivery
- experience with enterprise-grade websites.
