YAGI is a Medium sized Womenswear E-commerce brand looking for an organised, and hard-working Office Administrator to work at our Head office in Essex responding to customer queries
- **The Customer Service Advisor role includes**:_
- Updating Customer orders online
- Packaging orders to be shipped
- Printing Shipping labels online
- Updating exchanges and refunds online
- Using interactive Apps to ensure all customers are taken care of
- **Work Schedule;**_
- Monday - Friday (9am - 4pm with bonus early Friday finish)
- **Benefits;**_
- Private office space with private kitchen
- Work from Home 4 days a month
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
