Office Administrator

Fulltime Office Administrator required to join a busy manufacturing company in our Operation Support/Personnel department. Previous office experience is essential. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm with an hour for lunch.
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Chair meetings and take accurate notes as requested
- Assisting with the recruitment process including: o Issue new job adverts, publish on various recruitment platforms o CV screening o Conduct first and second interviews o Inductions (Employees, work experience) o Request references
- Accurately update personnel records, employment forms and company policies
- Update and maintain Company Handbooks
- Conduct building tours with visitors and potential/new employees during interviews
- Assist the department with ongoing projects
- Assist with events
- Run weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports
- Assist the Quality Representative with our internal QMS system including Document Control of 150 standard forms
- Maintain and create system templates on our ERP system Syspro
- Completing Customer questionnaires in accordance with standards on behalf of the Company
- Assist with contract pricing maintenance and use Macros to publish price lists onto our system
- Maintenance of Company Vehicles and records
- Main reception contact including answering and diverting inbound calls
- General administration duties to support the team and maternity cover on certain tasks

- A desire to take on responsibility and use your initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Competency in IT systems including Outlook and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with all staff
- A high level of integrity
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Good English language knowledge
- A ‘can do and will do’ attitude and a willingness to learn
