**Business Development Executive**

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a highly motivated, target driven and reliable Business Development Executive to work for a well-established technology company. You can be an established Business Development Executive in search of a new opportunityor even someone who is keen on starting a career within sales. **There is no industry experience required for this role.**

Salary is £22,000 PA + generous commission, **1st year OTE £30,000+** and great promotion prospects.

The key skill that are required are:

- Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with a CRM system is desirable but no essential
- Willingness to learn and develop your sales skills.
- Creating new business and upsell
- Having the ability to use your own initiative
- Good customer service skills
- Being flexible and open-minded
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Having the ability to work within a team
- Adhere to training giving by a sales Manager/s

The Role:

- Achieve or exceed expected targets by securing new business opportunities
- Carry out inbound/outbound call to existing and prospective contacts, to secure appointment for the Business Development Team.
- Ensure the Business Development Team have full diaries with quality appointments booked in, taking travel time in considerations.
- Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Team
