Under new ownership. We are a busy hotel, bar and restaurant in the heart of Woburn, Bedfordshire.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful hospitality business as Bar Manager. We have plans to develop the bar and restaurant trade, and the right person will be a key part of our growth plans.

This is a residential live-in position, we are looking for someone who will reside at Longs Inn on a full time basis, and working on scheduled shifts with two days off per week.

The staff accommodation is newly decorated, and is provided as part of your package.

You will have an additional responsibility as a Fire Warden for the hotel, and for checking in the occasional late arrival. Time away can be arranged, where other team members can cover these responsibilities as needed.

We are open 7 days a week from 7am until 11pm (6pm on Sundays), and run a shift rota. This position will work 5 days per week, working up to 45 hours per week.

The person we are looking for will have these qualities;
- reliable and trustworthy
- well presented
- approachable nature and good communication skills
- national insurance number and UK settled status required
- clear DBS check
