An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **Weekend** **Bartender** at our busy restaurant in Bedfordshire; The Birch at Woburn is an award winning family owned freehouse bar/restaurant set on the outskirts of the ancient market town of Woburn, just 10 minutes drive from Milton Keynes.

- **Schedule**:_

You will be working:
Saturday Lunch & Dinner service - split shifts

Sunday Extended Lunch service - straight shift (approx. 8hrs)

Restaurant closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day
- **Bartender Job Requirements**:_
- Maintaining upkeep and cleanliness of the bar fridges/area
- Good knowledge of drinks/cocktails
- Barista knowledge - making different types of coffee on a Conti (Gaggia style) machine
- **All applicants must**:_
- Have previous bar experience
- Be old enough to work in licensed premises (18+)
- Be friendly and hard working
- Be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Have own transport to get to and from work
