Office Administrator

We are currently in need of an Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our Operations team based at our Head Office.
Our office environment is fast-paced and exciting, which makes this the perfect opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and an ability to maintain a professional demeanour while working on a team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide various administrative and clerical support.
- Perform clerical functions to keep department and organization functioning.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff.
- Organize staff meetings and other office events.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and schedule meetings for executives.
- Schedule meetings for management/Managing Director.
- Respond to inquiries about personnel, benefits, policies, procedures, etc.
- Provide information about company services such as brochures, business cards, letterhead; design logos, publish newsletters, coordinate printing of flyers and other materials.
- Insurance queries
- Housing maintenance logs
- Benefits and tenancy queries
- Minute taking and swift transcribing
- You will help organise the management by supporting them with their day to day activities.
