The UK's premier Facilities Management provider, who work with multinational, blue chip clients to maintain their buildings, are now looking for a Grounds Operative to help maintain an exciting 60 acre campus facility in leafy Cheshire countryside, near Knutsford.

Working within an experienced Grounds team, led by the Supervisor, you will work across the green areas to ensure an effective maintenance service.

There is significant chance of upskilling and development within the role, working for a successful global organization on a prestigious and exciting client facility.

Specific duties will include
- Maintenance of grassed Areas
- Maintenance of trees, shrubs, flower beds and hedges,
- Maintenance and control of debris and litter.
- Maintenance of ponds and watercourses.
- Snow clearing and gritting including use of tractor and trailer spreader
- Maintenance and marking of sports pitches.
- General maintenance of gardening equipment
- Maintenance of all gardens and borders.
- General maintenance of fences and gates
- Driving of tractor / trailer and mowing equipment

We need from you:

- Some relevant experience
- A positive attitude
- Ideally a driving license

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
