**Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer**

**Hours: 37.5 hours per week**

**Location: Home Based - Head Office is in Bolton**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Contract: Permanent**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Chief Commercial Officer **to join the National Fostering Group to support and drive our strategic direction and growth of the business. This will ensure we can continue to provide outstanding outcomes for as many children across the UK.

In the role of the **Chief Commercial Officer, **you will lead and foster our reputation and strong relationships with our Local Authority customers, making us the pre-eminent Independent Fostering Agency in the UK and maximise the commercial opportunities available to NFG.

Our amazing family of over 3,000 carers are at the heart of our company and are the reason we can provide children and young people with high quality foster care every day. It is important for us to grow this family and further our opportunities by developing a market leading carer attraction plan. You will maximise carer recruitment performance whilst protecting our rigorous assessment process to ensure we recruit the highest standard of carers and provide children with a safe place to live.

**To be successful in the role you will**:

- Have a proven track record of successfully managing a large commercial portfolio and maximising returns
- Strategic management experience
- High level commercial skills and numeracy Practical and outcomes focused - completer finisher.
- Drives performance through data insight and measurable outputs.
- Proven experience in influencing at board and investors levels.
- Enjoys working at pace and juggling priorities who can deliver results in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Resilient and tenacious self-starter who can deliver results in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Values driven and able to work collaboratively, building and maintaining productive relationships with others.
- Creative, looks for new and different ways to deliver results

**Desirable**
- MBA or similar qualification
