The Vacancy (in a nutshell)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Graduate to join our Commercial Team in March 2026. Our graduate scheme is designed to develop our future talent by giving you real responsibility from day one. You'll join a dynamic Commercial team who will support you throughout with structured training, exciting projects and invaluable industry experience. During your time on programme, you will undertake rotations, giving you the opportunity to understand the Evri Operations and will complete a Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship to develop your Commercial knowledge and skills.

- You'll gain experience in and understanding of what is required to take ownership of larger Corporate accounts.
- You'll develop skills to deliver top quality customer services and manage high profile, high expectation clients at all levels of an organisation.
- You'll gain an understanding of customer experience and product adoption
- You'll get exposure to Quarterly business reviews
- You'll receive training in Finance and Invoicing
- You'll take part in Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual performance reviews
- You'll develop your network, working across multiple business areas, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and present insights to Heads of and Directors.
- You'll learn about contract management and maintaining and managing cash-flow
- By the end of the programme we aim to develop you to take complete control of our customers and be responsible for every aspect of the client (right from solution design through to implementation, management and development).
- You'll receive mentoring and join a network of emerging talent through our EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme.
What you'll need to become a Commercial Graduate:
- A minimum of 2:2 degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or any other related field
- Demonstrable communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn, curious and resilient.
- Creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative and eager to learn
- Strong analytical, reporting and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to turn data in actions.
- Excellent commercial acumen and presentation skills.
- Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
