**Flexible Options to Suit You**

**Requirements**:

- **Driving**: Since this role may require you to work across multiple sites, you must have a valid driver’s license. You should also be willing to upgrade your car insurance to business coverage, as there may be occasions where you’ll need to transport a child.
- **Mileage Reimbursement**: Any travel during working hours will be reimbursed for mileage.
- **Confidence in 1:1 Delivery**: You’ll be delivering lessons on core topics like Maths and English, with all activities pre-planned. However, you may need to adapt the lessons to meet each child’s needs on the spot.

- University graduates
- Individuals with experience in coaching, nursing, support work, and care
- Counselors, clinical psychologists, mentors, tutors, and teaching assistants
- Foster parents, childminders, and anyone with experience working with children or transferable skills
