**Communications Officer**

If your background is in developing and implementing communication plans, or you are starting out as a Comms Officer and are keen to progress your career, then you could be exactly who we are looking for.

We have two vacancies for a Communications Officer to deliver a quality programme of promotional campaigns for our services.

1 vacancy is a temporary position up until 31 March 2028 due to grant funding.

1 vacancy is a temporary position up until 31 July 2026 to cover a secondment period.

You will need to be able to create and deliver engaging and dynamic communications, bringing great energy and ideas to the table to have a positive impact on the services provided by the County Council.

You will work as part of our Marketing and Media team and directly with other services within the Council to help realise their vision.

As part of a hybrid working arrangement, the role will be a mix of office and remote working.

**Welsh language level - verbal**
- Level 4 - You will need to be able to communicate effectively in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
