Finance Officer

We are working with an amazing local charity who are now seeking an experienced Finance officer.
This is a role where you will be working with a truly remarkable team of people who support financial management for three amazing charities
The role will offer flexible working hours 30- 37.5 and even better they will also offer hybrid working.
The great position would be ideal for someone who has similar experience and has an AAT or similar
- if not you will be qualified by experience.
Duties
- Maintain online banking system by setting up direct debits and managing all transactions
- Posting of all retail shops takings
- Bank reconciliations
- AP and PL duties
- Review aged debtor listings and chase overdue payments
- Process all staff expenses and creating payment runs
- Assist with payroll processing VAT returns on gift aid claims when required
- Xero
- ideal if you have experience but if not, training will be given
Along with hybrid working you will receive 25 days holiday as well as a free NHS reduction card
