**We are recruiting for a Welcome Hosts at Stockport Station**

Here at Avanti West Coast, we are raising the bar on providing excellent customer across our network to the communities we serve. No day on the railway is the same, with over 500,000 customers travelling on our network weekly, our Welcome Hosts play a vital role as the face of the station In this role you will have a chance to share your spark and make our customers experience memorable as they travel though our stations.

**What are the essentials of the job?**
- Working with the On Board and Station teams to provide our Customers with a safe, relaxing journey in a welcoming, friendly and professional way.
- Communicate effectively with On Board and Stations teams to create an amazing customer experience whilst being safe, always ensuring your own personal safety and that of others at all times.
- Assist customers with their travel needs, ensuring concise and accurate information is provided.
- Assist in duties at times of service disruption and emergencies ensuring that appropriate advice is relayed to customers.
- Provide assistance and information to customers use your initiative and empowerment when finding solutions to customers and other people's problems.

**If you are successful you'll be placed in a Talent Bank. Various contracts available.**
