LSH Auto is looking for a vibrant and welcoming Weekend Host to join our dynamic team at our Flagship dealership in Stockport. As a Weekend Host, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our customers while ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

In this position, you will greet customers as they arrive, guide them to the appropriate departments, and provide them with information about our vehicles and services. You will also assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment.

Hours are flexible, covering Saturday and Sunday, and this part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about customer interaction and service.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them in navigating the dealership.
- Provide information about our products and services, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support showroom team members as needed and help organize promotional events.
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom environment.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance the guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in hospitality or retail, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask.
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with IT systems.
