We have an exciting opportunity to join as a a HR Operations Specialist (Data Excellence) to join our dynamic HR team. This is exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain real exposure into data within the scope of the HR Shared Service Center.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide data transactions-related services within the scope of HR Shared Services Center in accordance with SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Responsible for the update, maintenance employee data information with the authority to enter the system to modify information
- Responsible for the update, and maintenance of organizational information, such as organizational structure adjustment in Success Factors, and other inhouse developed HR systems; data change, etc.
- Responsible for inquiries and inquiries escalation processing related to the services provided
- Responsible for continuously improving knowledge base information such as HR Portal and FAQ of related services.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting process issues related to work scope, and assisting in process change, including updating and writing SOPs and User Guides
- Responsible for responding and handling major issues in the Binance’s HR system management, provide timely feedback to team lead.
- Responsible for generating routine reports in HRIS for intern stakeholders
- Responsible for other work assigned by team lead

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 years working experience in HRIS (Preferably Success Factors)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR operation or Shared Service, working history in a big MNC or fast-growing hi-tech company is a plus
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
