**Position Summary**

**Role and Responsibilities**

This role’s official reporting line is to Business Operation Manager - Consumer Electronics but has dotted lines to TVAV / DA/ Display Commercial Finance Managers (three dotted lines). The data administrator will input data of Samsung-Customer Commercial T&Cs and check customer deals cost items (sales deduction) are rightfully recorded.

They will also track and trace customers attained rebates or other customer rewards in cooperation with Accounts Receivable teams and sometimes have a direct communication with customers.

By accurately inputting data, they will accomplish seamless and smooth business administration of end-to-end Sales Deduction processes of the CE business.
- Substantiate customer T&C into Samsung’s TCMS recording system by accurate data entry.
- Summarise above data entry to excel and circulate to partners including Sales Team
- Check duplication of customer deals (e.g. Sell Out Allowance) when Sales Team raises deals approvals into Samsung’s new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales Deduction management system
- Collaborating closely with customers and Sales teams to ensure deals are properly accrued and communicated in timely manner with internal processes are followed
- Reporting of status of Sales Deduction budgets to partners
- Working with the Accounts Receivable team to validate and process of customer claims received and management of account accruals
- Support Commercial Finance Managers with data requests

- Sophisticated skills in MS Excel - highly competent with data sorting, filtering, pivots, charts, vlookup (there will be a test at interview stage)

- Willing to work overtime when required to meet the urgent deadlines

What does success look like?

High speed at work and good collaboration demeanour are the pre-requisite for this role - you will be able to swiftly support the CE Business’s promotions to load the Sellout Allowance deal data onto the system and seal the deal in the very tight deadline (1 or 2 days) while maintaining professional interpersonal manner to the Business and partners.

Also after turning on the promotion, promotion review is also important and collaborate closely with AR team re: review request.

What does success look like in the first 6 - 12 months?

They should minimise any errors as it will link with customer communication re: rebate / sales allowance payment.
