Role and Responsibilities: The role will primarily include preparing for each valuation, conducting valuation and take on appointments and producing property details including floor plans, plus additional adhoc duties as time permits such as answering the phone and arranging viewings and valuations - Estate agency / Lettings experience essential - Full clean driving licence essential Level 3 Residential Sales preferred but not essential, training will be given Desired skills and Personal Qualities: The right person should have previous experience within estate agency; be confident, dynamic, personable, thorough and be a great communicator, being able to provide a high level of customer service.
