We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **1-1 Support Worker** to join our amazing team here at **Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton.**

**Location**: This role is based in the **L22 5PL area.**

**Pay**: We pay excellent hourly rates of £13 an hour for weekdays and £14 an hour on weekends.

**We have excellent working hours which are**:

- Part live in on a monthly rota basis

**The role**:

- 24/7 support package - on a monthly rota basis (days to be considered as part of interview process.
- Client is a younger male
- Pet friendly
- Needs to be a car driver with appropriate business insurance
- Needs to be enthusiastic but also able to understand clients emotions to manage behaviours, great communication skills
- Client enjoys music production/DJ and social activities
- No uniform required
- Enhanced Adult/Children’s DBS

- Willing to be a team player.
- Professional manner at all times
- Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients.
- Your own car and to have business insurance.
