We are seeking experienced male and female Support Workers to work as part of our teams supporting clients on a 1:1 and a 2:1 basis in the Liverpool area. Applicants should have prior experience of working within a mental health setting and experience with acquired brain injuries would be desirable.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting with personal care tasks
- Supporting domestic tasks
- Meal preparation
- Supporting with the administration of medication
- Attending appointment and arranging social activities
- Supporting opportunities in the community and actively encouraging independence
- Monitoring of health conditions

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience as a Support Worker preferably within the Mental Health Care sector

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Hold a current Full UK Driving licence and have own vehicle
- Obtained a Level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

- Be flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of situations
- Work effectively as a team member
- Be self motivated and committed to the role

**Further information**:
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
